Managing CMSC Credentials
This guide will show you how to use the CMSC Certifications page in the Mindful Self-Compassion Admin Center. This is where you manage all the different certification programs.

Finding Certifications:
Use these tools to quickly find what you're looking for:

Search Bar:
- Type into the "Search..." box to find certifications by name or ID.
- The list will update instantly as you type.

"Show Columns" Button:
- Located on the top right above the table.
- Click this to choose which information columns you want to see or hide in your list.

Pages & Rows:

row(s) selected: Shows how many items you've checked.- "Rows per page": Choose how many certifications show on one page (e.g., 50).
- Use navigation buttons (like

) to move between pages if you have many certifications.
Managing Certifications:
Here's how to work with your certifications:

Add a New Certification:
- Click the blue "Add Certification" button at the top right of the page.
- You'll go to a new page to fill in the certification details.

Edit a Certification:
- Find the certification you want to change in the list.
- Click the pencil (Edit) icon in that certification's row on the far right.
- This takes you to the certification's editing page.

Enable/Disable a Certification:
- Find the certification in the list.
- Click the blue toggle switch in the "Enabled" column.
- Clicking it will turn the certification on or off, controlling its visibility on the platform.

Delete a Certification (via More Actions):
- Find the certification.
- Click the three dots (...) icon next to the "Edit" pencil in its row.
- From the menu that appears, select "Delete" (be careful, this action is usually permanent).

Sort the List:
- Click any column header (like "ID", "Certification Name", "Order") to sort the list (ascending or descending) based on that column's information.
