Welcome to the  Practice MSC App Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app or make any modifications.

Interconnected Pty Ltd built the  Practice MSC app as a Freemium app. The app is provided by Interconnected Pty Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is. We reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The  Practice MSC app collects and processes personal data that you provide. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone except as described in our Terms and Conditions. The app also uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Usage Guidelines

  • You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute the app, any part of the app, or its trademarks in any way.
  • You must not attempt to extract the source code or interfere with the app’s security features.
  • Unauthorized use or resale of the app is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

  • The app requires an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or a mobile data network. Interconnected Pty Ltd is not responsible if the app does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity.
  • If you are not the bill payer for the device you are using, ensure you have permission from the account holder before using the app, as data charges may apply.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Using modified versions of the app, jailbreaking, or rooting your phone may compromise security and the app’s functionality.

Limitation of Liability

Interconnected Pty Ltd is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage you may experience as a result of using the app. While we strive to ensure its accuracy and availability, we cannot guarantee that the app will always function without errors or interruptions.

Additionally, we rely on third-party service providers, and we cannot control their policies or performance.

Changes to the Terms and App Availability

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

System requirements may change, and you will need to update the app to continue using it. We may also discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2022-11-14.
