Managing CMSC Teachers
This guide will show you how to use the CMSC Teachers page in the Mindful Self-Compassion Admin Center. This is your central hub for managing all information related to your registered teachers.

Finding and Filtering Teachers:
Use these tools to quickly find what you're looking for:

Search Bar:
- Type into the "Search..." box to find teachers by their name, email, or other relevant details.
- The list will update instantly as you type.

Filter Button (Chip):
- Click "Status" to filter teachers by their current status (e.g., enabled, disabled).
- The list will update to show only teachers matching your filter.

"Show Columns" Button:
- Located on the top right above the table.
- Click this to choose which information columns you want to see or hide in your list.

Pages & Rows:
- "0 of 3228 row(s) selected": Shows how many teacher entries you currently have checked.
- "Rows per page": Choose how many teachers show on one page (e.g., 50).
- "Page 1 of 65": Shows your current page and the total number of pages.
- Use navigation buttons (like
< First
,< Previous
,Next >
,Last >
) to move between pages of teachers, especially useful with many entries.
Managing Teacher Profiles:
Here's how to work with your teacher profiles:

Add a New Teacher:
- Click the blue "Add Teacher" button at the top right of the page.
- You'll go to a new page to fill in the teacher's profile details.

Edit a Teacher Profile:
- Find the teacher you want to change in the list.
- Click the pencil (Edit) icon in that teacher's row on the far right.
- This will take you to the teacher's individual profile editing page.

Enable/Disable a Teacher Profile:
- Find the teacher in the list.
- Click the blue toggle switch in the "Enabled" column for that teacher.
- Clicking it will turn the teacher's profile on or off, affecting their active status.

Delete a Teacher Profile (via More Actions):
- Find the teacher.
- Click the three dots (...) icon next to the "Edit" pencil in their row.
- From the menu that appears, select "Delete" (be careful; this action is usually permanent and may affect linked records).

Sort the List:
- Click any column header (like "ID", "Full Name", "Country", "State", "Email", or "Enabled") to sort the list (ascending or descending) based on that column's information.
